Legal Reasoning · Set 3

Meena cleans a running machine she knows is dangerous, because she fears losing her job. Her employer pleads consent. Which is correct?
A
The defence succeeds: Meena knew of the risk.
B
The defence succeeds: Meena chose to do the work.
Your answer
C
The defence fails: her agreement was not free.
Correct
D
The defence fails: employers can never rely on it.
Why C: agreeing under threat of losing your job isn’t free consent. Knowing of a risk isn’t the same as accepting it.
What SuperDrills does
Topic drills
Choose a section or topic and practise a short set. Sets can be timed like the real paper, and you mark how sure you are on each answer.
Detailed answer explanations
Every answer shows why the right option is right, why each wrong option fails, and what the question was testing.
Weak-area tracking
Your accuracy is tracked by section and topic. Your strongest and weakest areas are shown side by side, and each mistake is tagged by its cause.
AI coach
Stuck on an explanation? Ask the coach. It answers from the question and our checked explanation, in English or Hindi. If a question goes beyond that material, it says so.
Mistakes come back until they stick
Questions you miss come back on day 1, 3, 7 and 14, then day 30, until you get them right.
How questions are made
AI helps us draft questions and explanations. Subject experts review them before they’re published, and we’ll keep a public log of corrections.
